As a Domestic 3PL Specialist, you will build and maintain relationships with domestic 3PL partners, conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor performance, enforce KPI compliance, especially OTIF, and address bottlenecks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with domestic 3PL partners
- Conducting regular meetings and business reviews to monitor performance
- Enforcing KPI compliance, especially OTIF, and addressing bottlenecks
- Communicating volume changes and ensuring alignment with business needs
- Negotiating pricing improvements to optimize costs
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations
- Communicating, tracking, and escalating operational constraints or issues that need quick resolution
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in fulfillment operations or 3PL warehouse management
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and task management
- Expert problem-solving; finding root causes of issues/constraints and driving resolutions
- Ability to learn warehouse portals and ERP systems quickly and thoroughly
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze spreadsheets to identify fulfillment and KPI metrics
Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Project management experience
- Acumatica experience
- Analytics experience
