Description
As a Lead Customer Experience Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will lead a team of managers to ensure every customer has a great experience in store. You will be responsible for planning key trading activities, taking accountability for the store in the absence of a store manager, and running operations at checkout areas, petrol stations, and back of house services.
You will also manage performance and capability, conduct disciplinaries, and ensure scheduling and pay are accurate. You should be a passionate leader who is ambitious for customers and colleagues, with experience of managing managers in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
