Description
As a Global Logistics Team Leader for Global Logistics at 3M, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
You will make an impact by:
- Leading the assigned team within Global Logistics
- Performing transactional logistics activities alongside the team, including complex, non-routine, and escalated cases
- Ensuring metrics are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
- Identifying and driving implementation of process improvement opportunities
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
- Previous experience working with SAP
- Knowledge of Spanish language will be an asset
- Education - bachelor's degree
- Past experience - Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics, Leader or supervisor experience
