As a Senior Consultant with IQVIA Consulting Services, you will manage teams of Analysts and Consultants in designing, developing, and delivering medium-sized consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage resources to achieve specific project goals and objectives
- Coach project team members and support them in fulfilling their personal objectives
- Develop client relationships through face-to-face discussions, workshops, telephone, or email contact
- Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations
- Identify opportunities for follow-on work and new leads
- Support development of client bids and proposal presentations
- Support the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements
- Proactively develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical markets
Requirements:
- Strong project management capabilities with consistently high-quality outcomes
- Experience working in sizable, multi-disciplined teams and supervising staff
- Ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization
- Experience developing credible relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
- Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client influencing skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6-8 years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare industry with evidence of career progression
- Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral); additional languages an advantage
