Description
We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Humberto Delgado - Lisbon Airport. As a Beauty Expert, you will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be. You will be a team player, adapting to change at the last minute and providing support to your managers and colleagues.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Championing the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience
- Being a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador, passing on your knowledge to customers and recreating the magic of Charlotte Tilbury makeup looks
- Following company grooming standards and displaying excellent product knowledge
- Working on a shift basis, including early and late shifts
As a Beauty Expert, you will ideally have some experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG. You will also have experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs.
