As a Manufacturing Line Leader in our abattoir production team at Morrisons, a leading UK supermarket chain, you'll oversee a small group of colleagues in a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery.
You'll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues understand key ways of working and relevant site processes.
Key parts of the role will include:
- Machinery operation and set up
- Batch control and labelling
- Audits and quality checks
- Reporting on performance status of the production line

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to support and educate colleagues
- Good working relationships with colleagues, peers, and internal customers
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
- Ability to work in chilled temperatures and in the presence of raw meat
