At Morrisons, we're proud to produce a wide range of high-quality products. As a Manufacturing Key Operative - New Product Development (NPD), you'll assist in the NPD process from concept to launch, providing ideas and input to support the launch of completed ranges.
Your role will involve food preparation, including samples for internal and customer presentations, planning trials, and making products from briefs. You'll help organise and maintain the NPD kitchen, including stock rotation and cleaning, and collect samples from the factory. You'll also support factory trials and visit other stores for training and development.

To be considered, you'll need to:
- Be able to comply with relevant business and site policies

- Can work to deadlines and be organised, with the ability to multitask
- Ideally have some experience of New Product Development (NPD) and experience with food and cooking
- Be able to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment producing quality, food-safe products for customers
