We are seeking a Service and Sales Representative to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support in our branch offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and sales support for post office services and banking products
- Actively approach customers to offer them our products
- Maintain the product range and inventory, including recording stock levels and participating in inventory management
- Support branch management in implementing operational regulations and quality management measures
Requirements:
- Ideally, experience in sales or a related field
- Enjoyment of selling and a customer-focused approach
- Friendly, confident, and sympathetic demeanour
