Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Bluewater, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
Hours of work:
- Monday: 07:00-11:00
- Friday: 07:00-11:00
- Saturday: 07:00-11:00
