Description
We are seeking an Associate - Public Health to join our team in India. As part of our engineering consultancy design team, you will take a senior role in project design work, focusing on production and liaison with the WSP in India AU Team. You will also mentor and coach junior members of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare feasibility study reports to meet brief requirements
- Agree and monitor scope of works with the Local CRC Head of MEP
- Define building requirements and purpose of use with the Local CRC Head of MEP and WSP in India AU Team
- Carry out detailed design to WSP in India, AU Building Regulations and relevant Code of Practice and standards
- Review and monitor production of calculations, including QA and technical reviews
- Ensure information for project costing preparation is completed in requisite detail and to deadlines
- Provide documentary information to assist in preparation of tender documents
- Co-ordinate project contracts documents and reviews input from team members
- Deal with day-to-day queries from the WSP in India Team
- Report any variance between constructed works and design intent
- Project manage commissions from the WSP in India Team
- Lead the design process and encourage the team to deliver cost-effective solutions
- Follow document control, archiving CDM and QA processes
Qualifications:
- Background verification ("BGV") check conducted by a third-party agency
