Description
Thomson Reuters is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join the Procurement and Proposal Management (PPM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing the proposal repository (Qvidian) to resolve question and answer pairs in solicitations, collaborating with internal partners to complete and respond to formal solicitations, and leveraging AI tools to streamline the RFx review process.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Manager of Proposal Resources to understand requirements of formal solicitations and complete projects accurately and on time
- Collaborate with key internal partners to respond to formal solicitations
- Use Qvidian to respond to solicitation questions with accurate responses
- Write customer-facing responses to specific customer inquiries
- Leverage AI tools to streamline the RFx review process
- Maintain and enhance the electronic repository of standard proposal content and question and answer pairs
- Report on proposal activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Superior English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of integrity and professionalism
