Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We believe in providing exceptional care to our therapists so they can deliver the highest standard of care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
As an RBT, you will provide 1-on-1 behavioural therapy to help children develop vital social, communication, and life skills. Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
- Implement individualised treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
- Collect data and submit session notes
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Commute to each location with a vehicle and valid driver's license
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective English communication, verbally and in writing
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
