We're looking for a Clinical Case Manager to join our Case Management Team, providing support across HCA Healthcare UK's hospital network in London.

Working across some of the UK's leading private hospitals, you'll partner with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and third-party payers to coordinate complex patient journeys, support effective discharge planning and optimise patient outcomes.

We're seeking someone with a proven track record of clinical leadership, autonomous decision-making and managing complex care pathways who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment.

  • Complete utilisation reviews and obtain authorisation for treatment, ongoing care and discharge plans as required.
  • Support clinical teams by providing expert case management guidance, promoting best practice and ensuring consistency of patient pathways across sites.

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday each year (plus bank holidays) increasing with service, with the option to buy or sell leave
  • Private Healthcare Insurance for treatment at our leading hospitals

  • Group Life Assurance from day one
  • Critical illness cover
  • Enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay
  • Corporate staff discount for all facilities including Maternity packages at The Portland
  • Comprehensive range of flexible health, protection and lifestyle benefits
  • Discounts with over 800 major retailers

Requirements

  • Registered with the NMC as an Adult Nurse, with substantial post-registration experience and demonstrable exposure to paediatric care.
  • Extensive inpatient bedside nursing experience across both adult and paediatric services is essential.
  • Strong background in inpatient nursing or, alternatively, significant experience within the healthcare insurance sector in a clinical or case management role.
  • Proven expertise in utilisation review and managing complex discharge planning pathways.
  • Senior-level clinical experience, typically at Band 6 or above, or equivalent, with demonstrable clinical leadership, service coordination, team supervision and/or management responsibilities.
