As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will collaborate with firmware and other Backend, SRE, Dashboard engineers to architect, design, and build a large-scale system.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing scalable software systems and enhancing backend features
- Collaborating with engineers from Backend, SRE, Dashboard, and Support teams to ensure seamless integration, maintain system reliability, enhance user interfaces, and provide comprehensive support for end-users
- Identifying and addressing performance issues
- Following established coding standards and contributing insights to improve team knowledge
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- 7+ years of experience writing production code and tests for medium to large-scale systems
- 7+ years of experience in full stack technologies, such as Ruby on Rails/Python/React.js, JavaScript
- Ability to design efficient databases and optimise query performance in a relational database like Postgres or SQL
- Demonstrated ownership of tasks within the development process, from conception to implementation, by collaborating effectively with peers and cross-functional teams
- A keen interest in understanding user needs and contributing to product development
- Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and work effectively within a team
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience building cloud-based infrastructure and services (e.g., Web applications)
- Experience or interest in Security or Networking
- Experience with Container solutions (Kubernetes)
