We are looking for team members to join our Seasonal Specialty Sales, Seasonal Service & Engagement, and Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales teams.
As a team member, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store, and learn about retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are excited to work in a fun and energetic environment
- Enjoy providing excellent service to our guests
- Are able to stock, set, and sell Target products
- Are not looking for a Monday-to-Friday job with a computer all day
Some of the skills we are looking for include:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Maintaining a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
