Description
As an Underhållsingenjör stationsunderhåll, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our electrical substations and power grid.
You will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and following up on maintenance actions based on technical and economic conditions.
Your tasks will include:
- Leading and distributing work in the field, ensuring that assignments are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to applicable requirements.
- Analyzing technical documents such as protocols, inspections, and plant data, and initiating appropriate actions.
- Ensuring quality and safety through controls in the field, rounds, and follow-up of work environment and safety routines.
- Collaborating closely with the operations center, technicians, contractors, and internal functions to optimize planning and progress.
- Taking on the role of Bas-P and designating Bas-U for construction and installation works, and setting up a work environment plan as needed.
- Working according to the company's self-control program for electrical installations and ensuring the right competence and roles in the assignment.
- Designating an electrical safety leader and determining method choices according to ESA.
- Contributing to technical development by participating in various improvement and development projects.
The work will be conducted largely from the office, but an important part of the assignment is to be present in our facilities and ensure long-term, qualitative, and careful maintenance.
We are looking for someone with:
- Upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical engineering, technology, or a related field.
- Work experience in electrical distribution or a related field.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- B driver's license.
- Excellent Swedish language skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience of project or service management within substation maintenance is a merit.
