Description
USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure efficient ITSM processes and enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business needs.
- Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
- Support ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other relevant protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline.
- 15+ years of experience.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI clearance.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification within 9 months of start.
- Security + or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or CSSLP certification.
