The Technology & Process Optimisation team is looking for a future intern to work on Stations and Onboard Systems in London.
Your internship in brief:
- Provide support, maintenance, and evolution of systems used in Eurostar stations.
- Work on concrete tools with a direct impact on the experience of thousands of travellers.
Important: As this internship takes place in London, Eurostar will assist you with administrative procedures and cover the sponsorship for obtaining your work visa. The desired start date for the internship is January 2027.
Your missions:
- Support the Stations Systems team and contribute to the implementation of projects and system evolutions in stations.
- Participate in the workflow within the Stations Systems team and follow the project lifecycle.
- Conduct technical analyses to resolve incidents and propose solutions adapted to users' needs and difficulties.
- Identify, understand, and report risks and problems to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the management and delivery of new station application projects, as well as other key applications used in our stations.
- Ensure a balanced workload between suppliers involved in the project, and monitor their availability and performance.
- Ensure clear communication between all business stakeholders.
- Help shape the future of Eurostar station systems: work on key projects related to station information systems, in operational and customer service areas (Windows connection, real-time dashboards, tests with the Departure Control System).
Requirements:
- Master's student (Bac+5) or equivalent, currently studying.
- Very good command of English.
- First experience in software development and IT environment.
- First experience in project management is a plus.
