Description
The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a SIGINT Systems Training Specialist at Fort Eisenhower, GA. The role involves applying lesson plans to formal and informal learning settings, assessing participant learning and training effectiveness, and providing coaching and feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Apply lesson plans to formal classroom and informal learning settings
- Adapt techniques to meet student needs
- Assess participant learning and training effectiveness
- Provide positive coaching and feedback to participants
- Review participant products and conduct meaningful activities
- Coordinate and report on participant and training progress
- Assist with customer communications, team coordination, and project planning
- Work with developers, designers, and subject matter experts to create engaging products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of directly related experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
- Active DoD Secret Security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance within 1 year
- In-depth knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Transmission on US Army communication systems
- Demonstrated experience in delivering custom curriculum and utilizing instructional techniques
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, and course facilitation
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and project integration support
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
