Join our team as an Independent Contractor for Project Morava.
Project Morava aims to help build more natural and intelligent voice AI systems by collecting high-quality speech data from native speakers.
In this project, participants contribute by reading and recording short, scripted prompts in Russian.
These recordings are used to train and evaluate speech recognition models, enabling voice assistants and AI systems to better understand and respond to real-world users.
Task Summary You will use the Appen Mobile app on your smartphone to record 200 short, scripted voice prompts in Russian.
Each prompt is a brief spoken command , natural, everyday language.
Simply read each prompt clearly and naturally, and you're done.
Requirements
- Must be a fluent speaker of Russian
- Must be currently residing in Estonia
- Must be 18 years old or above
- Must have a smartphone compatible with the Appen Mobile app
Payment Get paid for just 2 hours of work , completed entirely on your smartphone, on your own schedule.
Payment is issued only for completed 200-prompt sessions that pass our quality check.
The quality bar is simple to hit: just follow the recording guidelines, speak clearly and naturally, and you're good to go.
If assigned fewer than 200 prompts, payment is adjusted proportionally.
