GSK Procurement is a pioneering, influencing function that supports the company's core functions by partnering with business units to drive value from supplier relationships. The Global Delivery Centre provides the critical Source to Contract capability for GSK, leading the delivery of a high volume of sourcing and contracting projects globally.
As a Procurement Manager – Direct Materials, you will execute sourcing strategies for spend categories, deliver Source to Contract activities, manage contracts and negotiations with suppliers, and ensure compliance with GSK's procurement policies and procedures. You will also collaborate with GSK leadership teams to identify and deliver business benefits aligned to assurance of supply, quality, service, cost, and innovation requirements.
This role requires 6-10+ years of proven procurement experience across multiple categories of spend, particularly with respect to sourcing and contracting. A degree in business, supply chain, engineering, law, or a related discipline is also required. Strong experience in using eSourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management tools is essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
The role is hybrid, requiring you to work from the GSK office at least two days per week. The salary range for this position is PLN 184,500 to PLN 307,500 per year.
