Description
Mejuri is seeking a Seasonal Stylist to join their team in Aventura, Miami. As a Seasonal Stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and inviting experience. You'll stay current on fashion trends, educate customers on products, and inspire them to try something new.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge
- Inspire customers to try new products
- Participate in back-of-house flow to support in-store sales and phone sales
- Maintain organizational integrity of the store
- Use point-of-sale systems and other retail technology
- Mitigate internal and external loss of product
- Identify and escalate opportunities and risks to store leadership
Requirements:
- Ability to connect with customers in an authentic and warm way
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organized working style
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
- History of participating in a positive team environment

This role currently has a base pay range of $17 - $19 per hour based on a candidate's experience and qualifications.
