We are seeking a Junior Captain - Private Dining to join our team at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Hong Kong.
As a Junior Captain - Private Dining, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the dining experience, from setting tables to serving guests, are executed flawlessly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all company and safety and security policies and procedures are followed
- Reporting maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
- Completing safety training and certifications
- Maintaining a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others
- Supporting the team to reach common goals
- Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
