Mejuri is seeking a Seasonal Stylist to join their team in Austin, Texas. As a Seasonal Stylist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a warm and inviting experience that feels like shopping with a friend. You will stay current on fashion trends, educate customers on products, and inspire them to try something new.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience and promoting services such as piercing and engraving
- Participate in maintaining the organizational integrity of the store, including display inventory and sellable inventory
- Support in-store sales, phone sales, and BOPIS, ensuring efficiency with packaging and order delivery standards
- Build healthy relationships with colleagues and establish a positive work environment
- Learn and retain relevant product knowledge to suggest and style for customers
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
