Maxillofacial Outpatient HCA - London

18 Week Support Limited is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) for flexible weekend sessions at a well-established NHS Trust in London.

The role involves preparing and supporting outpatient clinics, taking patient observations and recording clinical information, assisting clinical staff with patient care, and maintaining clean, safe and organised clinical environments.

18 Week Support is a leading NHS insourcing provider, working in partnership with NHS Trusts across the UK to increase clinical capacity, reduce waiting times and improve patient access to care. Their clinical teams work alongside NHS services to deliver additional outpatient and surgical capacity, supported by experienced Clinical Leads and Nurse Leads.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience. The contract is locum, lasting 12 weeks, with flexible working patterns available.

Requirements:

• Proven NHS experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Minimum 6 months outpatient HCA experience within the past 12 months
• Current UK professional registration
