As a Retail Store Associate, you will play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. You will provide differentiated customer service, accurately perform cashier duties, maintain the sales floor, and support opening and closing store activities. You will also provide customer support to all departments, assist pharmacy personnel, and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information
- Support opening and closing store activities
- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally
- Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Schedule
- Anticipated weekly hours: 40
- Time type: Full-time
- Shift times: Monday to Sunday, 10 pm - 6 am
- Weekend shift frequency: Every weekend required
Pay Range
- $15.50 - $15.50
