Description
Working as part of a fast-paced store team at NEXT, your top priority will be to efficiently process products so that they are available to customers as quickly as possible. Your role involves accurately processing stock, ensuring all stock is presented and stored correctly, maintaining cleanliness and organisation, and providing excellent customer service.
As a successful Delivery Team Member, you will:
- Process stock quickly and to a high standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and storing stock
- Ensure all stock is presented and put onto the sales floors or away in stockrooms correctly
- Keep operational areas clean, tidy, and organised
- Offer fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed
- Work as part of the store team, reporting to a Coordinator or Manager
