Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Barnsley Retail Park. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive team environment
- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store
As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be resilient, committed, and digitally confident. You'll work Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 18:00 to 22:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
