Description
We are seeking individuals who enjoy helping others to provide high-quality customer service by answering telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services from clients of Five Star Solutions.
This seasonal project involves assisting clients with their holiday ordering, ranging from fruit baskets to steaks.
As a remote customer service representative, you will work from home using your own device, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will address customer questions, identify their needs, and provide solutions.
Qualifications:
- Previous 3-6 months of customer service or support experience is preferred.
- A background in a call center or office environment is beneficial.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently are required.
- Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.
- You must be 18 years old and willing to undergo a background check.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Follow communication scripts for various topics.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Access company and client resources to handle calls accurately.
- Look for opportunities to upsell products.
- Maintain punctuality and attendance.
- Remain positive and professional in all interactions.
- Be flexible for cross-training.
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Requirements:
- Provide your own equipment and workspace.
- Reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace are necessary.
- Hardware requirements include:
- Intel Core i5-8250U processor or better,
- 8GB of memory on Windows 10 or higher (64-bit),
- 1280x768 screen resolution or higher,
- USB headset.
- Up-to-date antivirus software and enabled firewall are required.
