Description
The MeshMesh team at Salesforce is building the next-generation mesh networking platform for Salesforce customers. As the Agentic Product Manager, you will develop the strategy and own the product roadmap and vision for product, providing insights that fuel critical decisions across the company, including executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop the strategy and own the roadmap and vision for product.
- Work with collaborators to understand internal customer use cases.
- Partner with engineering architects to implement the roadmap.
- Work through ambiguity and lean on key internal partners to align on priorities.
- Provide prioritized use cases for engineers.
- Define technical specifications, write high-level documents, and build roadmap presentations.
- Lead small cross-functional teams as well as large programs.
Required Skills/Experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in Product
- 3+ years in Product Management
- Experience with the SaaS business model
- Ability to work effectively with technical and business leaders
- Translate business requirements into product and technical requirements and a practical roadmap
- Navigate decision-making and communicate effectively across teams
- Experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude
- Related technical degree
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Love for data and analytics, using quantitative and qualitative metrics to build a roadmap
- Deep empathy for customers and ability to work with tech and product, billing, legal, sales, and data platform teams
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with the Salesforce Platform and agile methodologies
- Ability to lead through influence across a complex organization
