Description
We are seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support our operations in Piraeus, Greece.
As a Facilities Supervisor at TaskUs, you will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operational management of all aspects of the property to assure maintenance of approved quality standards. You will also assist with the preparation of financial reviews and monthly management reports.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Facilities Manager in overseeing the safety of employees by ensuring a safe, working, and well-maintained workplace
- Coordinating and preparing maintenance programs relating to interior and exterior conditions of properties
- Ensuring vendors' above-par performance to comply with TaskUs' standards
Requirements:
- Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Electronics and Communications Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Three years of experience in Facilities and Building management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- A ridiculously awesome attitude to blend well with the TaskUs culture
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to translate big picture ideas into client objectives
