Description
We are seeking a Director-level leader to oversee the strategy and delivery of a major business unit within our Financial Core product management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming well-managed practices into a world-class, tech and AI-enabled center of operational excellence. This includes direct operating accountability for critical business operating processes and evaluating and mitigating risk.
The ideal candidate will have a clear vision for a destination-state well-managed architecture and operating model, and be able to define and execute delivery and change management across people, process, and technology. They will also be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
