KPN is the driving force behind the digital society in the Netherlands. The Business & Transformatie Young Talent Program offers the opportunity to contribute to commercial developments and organisation-wide innovations that have a direct impact on KPN and Dutch society.
The program lasts three years, during which you will work on strategic and organisation-wide issues that influence KPN's course. You will start in a role or assignment that matches your study background and work experience. By rotating between different departments, you will discover the versatility of our domains and learn to understand KPN inside and out.
Possible tasks within the Business & Transformatie track include:
- Process optimisation and transformation: you will work as a process or project manager and guide a topic from idea to implementation, while researching how the process can be improved with new knowledge or techniques.
- Digitalisation: with your knowledge of digital processes and future technology, you will help departments standardise and modernise products and methods.
- Commercial roles: you will work on projects for the consumer or business market, product management, or large market introductions, where you will switch between people and bring different departments and information together.
In addition to substantive projects, you will follow a personal development program that focuses on leadership, self-awareness, and collaboration. You will be guided by a talent manager and a buddy, learn from professional trainers, and be part of a close-knit community of fellow trainees and KPN employees.

Requirements:
- You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a master's degree in Technical Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Data Science & Marketing Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Business Information Management, or Strategic Product Design.
- You are comfortable with change and able to take colleagues along with you.
- You have an affinity with technology and technical skills.
- You want to translate complex issues into functional business solutions and inspire teams to contribute to KPN's goals.
- You have a strong interest in commerce, marketing, digitalisation, data, or process optimisation.
- You are eager to learn, ambitious, and ready to develop yourself professionally and personally.
- You are result-oriented with an eye for collaboration.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch.
Additional information:
- The program starts on 1 March 2027.
- As a full-fledged employee, you will receive a gross monthly salary of €3900 based on 40 hours.
- You will receive a fixed 13th month, part of which will be paid monthly and part in January of the following year.
- You will have a fixed contract from day one.
- You will receive an individual and collective increase in salary according to our collective labour agreement.
