Description
We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to oversee our People team in Miami. As the Head of People, you will report to and work closely with our VP of Operations and the Managing Director. You will serve as a strategic partner, leading all aspects of people management, enhancing our people infrastructure to support substantial growth, and further developing our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the People strategy and lead initiatives for current and new locations
- Translate business plans into a strategic human resource strategy
- Lead key initiatives across departments, including staffing, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement
- Drive a culture that embodies our leadership principles
- Build strong relationships throughout the operations and improve trust and transparency
- Cultivate a collaborative environment and partner with business leaders
- Provide coaching to business leaders and lead a team of HR Managers
- Partner with the Recruiting team to optimize and scale the recruitment process
- Partner with Learning & Development to evolve development programs
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR
- Held a senior leadership role for an organisation or business of similar scale
- Experience managing a team and breadth of experience across the entire HR function
- Fluency across various HR disciplines, including organisational development, leadership and talent development, and HRIS
- Proven impact on a company's culture and success as a champion of the culture
