What you'll do
- Design end-to-end experiences for AI-powered products in tax, accounting, and finance.
- Conduct customer discovery and UX research to understand real problems, workflows, and needs.

- Rapidly prototype and experiment with new concepts, including using AI-assisted and AI-powered tools.
- Put prototypes in front of customers early and iterate based on what you learn.
- Combine customer research, qualitative insights, and product data to make design decisions.
- Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, content experts, and domain specialists.
