Description
As a PCA Engineer at HP, you will design engineering solutions, develop and execute test plans, and create validation plans for multiple parameters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing engineering solutions for electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms
- Developing and implementing parameters and test plans for new and existing designs
- Creating plans for validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power measurements
- Exercising technical judgement, creativity, and initiative with attention to detail
- Collaborating and communicating with management, internal, and outsourced development partners
- Leading project teams to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions
To succeed in this role, you typically need a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, and 4-7 years of work experience in electrical design and tools, software packages, architecture of electronic hardware, or a related field.
