Description
The Relief Care Assistant will play an important role within the Care team at Sunridge Court in Golders Green, providing compassionate, person-centred support to residents and helping them feel safe, respected and valued.
This relief position offers £14.80 per hour, with 12-hour day shifts from 8am to 8pm, including some weekends, on a two-week rolling rota of four days in one week and two days in the next.
The postholder will support residents with personal care and daily routines, provide companionship and emotional support, assist with meals and activities, and promote independence, choice and dignity.
You will build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues while working as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.
Previous care experience is not essential, as full training and ongoing support are provided.
