We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Stirling, Stirlingshire. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with their queries, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, making customers feel valued and supported
- Be flexible and willing to help wherever customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, or selling products
- Use digital tools to enhance customer experience and perform tasks efficiently
- Help organise and move stock, maintain shelf tidiness, and ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Develop product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers
