Mejuri is seeking a part-time Stylist to join their team in Philadelphia. As a Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience that embodies Mejuri's commitment to redefining luxury.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to customers
- Create a warm, welcoming environment where customers feel valued and empowered to make confident choices
- Drive key performance metrics such as sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in maintaining organizational integrity of the back of house and supporting in-store sales, phone sales, or BOPIS
- Support in ensuring that Mejuri brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness, and functionality are upheld
- Build healthy relationships with colleagues and establish a positive and engaging work environment
