- Provide advice and support to national and international lenders, borrowers, or sponsors in structuring financing and related security structures.
- Design and negotiate documentation in German and English.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with clients.
- Collaborate with other practice groups on cross-cutting issues.
- Analyse cross-border cases in conjunction with foreign offices.
Your Profile:
- You have completed your law studies with above-average success.
- You possess excellent English skills.
