Description
We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at The Lindsay Care Home, located at 47A Lindsay Road, Poole, BH13 6AP. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will lead and support a small team of Care Assistants during your shift, coordinating care delivery and ensuring high standards are maintained. You will also administer medication, maintain accurate care records, review and update care plans, and support shift handovers and communicate effectively across teams.
