As the Senior Program Manager, you'll oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall execution of a large DoW Defensive Cyber Program as the enterprise orchestrator's senior point of accountability.
- Own integrated scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting, financial performance, and contractual execution/adherence.
- Report to Government PMO decision-making and oversight.
- Deliver a Program Management Review (PMR) at a minimum every six months.
- Technical acumen required: Experience with Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reporting (IPMDAR), Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR), and DoW acquisition reporting standards.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in program management for large-scale DoD or enterprise IT/cyber programs.
- 5+ years managing TS/SCI programs.
- 5+ years leading Agile or DevSecOps transformations.
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science.
- Certification: certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Security clearance level: Top Secret, SCI eligible.
- US citizenship required.
