We are looking for a specialist to join the Video department as an Engineering Change Manager.
The Video Devices department implements the entire cycle of creating Ajax video products, from concept to mass production. We combine expertise in mechanics, hardware, image quality, optics, embedded systems, and networking. Our goal is to create technologically complex and competitive devices that combine connection stability, high image quality, and production scalability.
Required knowledge and skills:
- at least 2 years of experience in a technical position;
- understanding of the product life cycle and related processes;
- experience working with Jira and Confluence systems;
- knowledge of project management principles: Agile, Waterfall, and the ability to apply them for planning;
- time management and prioritization;
- proactivity and focus on preventing problems;
- willingness to openly discuss problems and risks;
- interest in technology and a desire to constantly learn new things;
- systematic approach and attention to detail.
Tasks:
- coordination of the entire cycle of engineering changes (receipt, analysis, approval, and implementation);
- maintaining up-to-date information and documentation in Jira/Confluence systems;
- timely identification, discussion, and minimization of risks associated with changes;
- ensuring clear interaction between all stakeholders in the change process.
