Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products
- Master the development process, culture, and code base, then improve it
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and user experience experts to build new features
- Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, and write unit/functional tests
- Analyze, design, and develop test cases and implement automated test suites
Requirements:
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
- Located in North America
- Academic, professional, or internship experience in a professional coding setting environment
- Fluency in object-oriented programming/design
- Experience in one of Java, Python, Javascript, HTML, SQL, or C++
Nice to Have:
- Experience using and critically reviewing code generated by large language model coding assistants and agentic tools
- Ability to effectively guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes
- Experience using Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, or other agent-based frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-player with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with others
