Notion is shaping the future of work with its collaborative AI workspace. We're looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team in Dublin, focusing on the Middle East and Africa markets.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their challenges and develop tailored solutions using Notion's platform. Your goal will be to drive measurable outcomes for customers and grow your book of business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building pipeline and generating new business opportunities
- Leading discovery and qualification processes with customers
- Designing and validating workflow solutions that deliver measurable value
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical specialists
- Driving customer adoption, expansion, and renewal
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation experience
- Technical fluency and a builder mindset
- AI fluency and excitement about using AI as a collaborator
- Strong discovery, qualification, and value articulation skills
- Ability to engage with complex customer environments
Nice-to-have skills include:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience
- Familiarity with usage-based pricing models
- Prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Experience in a shared account ownership model
We offer highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The estimated range for total on-target earnings is €210,000 - €222,000 per year.
