Across two 18-month rotations, you'll build a strong foundation in technology, gain exposure to Shell's business domains, and develop the commercial acumen needed to deliver impactful digital solutions.

We are excited to connect with graduates from both technology disciplines and adjacent fields including but not limited to:

  • Computer Science
  • Mathematics
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Software Engineering
  • Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Physics or Geoscience
  • Economics

Note: While candidates can express interest in multiple business streams, we particularly welcome applications for Information & Digital Technology (IDT). Candidates who are most interested in this area are encouraged to select it as their first preference.

Requirements

You thrive by analysing problems, making objective decisions, and coming up with original ideas. You should have the drive, and resilience to get things done, the flexibility to work well as part of a team and the credibility to influence others.

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme:

  • You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the United Kingdom, graduating in 2027 or within the last three years
  • You must have graduated with or be on track to receive a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree – or equivalent grade.
  • We value a strong academic record but there are no specific academic requirements for grades at A-Level or GCSE equivalents.
