Description
We are seeking a Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) team member to join our team at Target.
The starting hourly rate is $16.75 USD per hour, with a pay range of $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour.
As a Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) team member, you will be part of a sales force of specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
Responsibilities:
- Stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Providing service to our guests that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!'
- Working in a fun and energetic environment as part of a team to deliver for our guests
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Learning and adapting to current technology needs
- Working both independently and with a team
- Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and following multi-step processes
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
