Description
Gemini is seeking a Predictions Partnerships Marketing Lead to own relationships with traders and distribution partners for its Predictions product.
The role involves identifying prospective partners, leading outreach and relationship-building, and turning conversations into active partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across predictions ecosystem
- Structure partnership terms in collaboration with legal, finance, and compliance
- Manage onboarding, integration, and activity of partners
- Develop a deep view of the competitive landscape and translate that into actionable strategy
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in Partnerships, preferably in crypto or an emerging technology
- Experience building partner programs or ambassador ecosystems from scratch
- Real fluency with Prediction markets
- Comfortable leading commercial terms and working with legal/compliance
- Strong analytical skills

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $129,500 - $185,000 in the State of New York.
