Description
As a Production Operator (U02-04) at 3M's San Luis Potosí site, you will play a key role as a general assistant.

Requirements and experience:
- Primary and/or completed secondary education
- Necessary experience for manual operations (desirable 6 months in manufacturing processes and/or related fields)
- Responsible, team-oriented, self-confident, and interested in the work
- Availability for rotating 3 shifts, with 12-hour shift availability
