Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at The Springs Leeds Foodhall, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're looking for down-to-earth colleagues who thrive under pressure, deliver five-star service at pace, and embrace the transformation we're driving.
You'll work varied shifts, including nights, Fridays, and Saturdays, and be expected to work up to full-time hours during peak periods. You'll utilise digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll:
- Provide remarkable service to make customers feel valued
- Confidently recommend and sell new food products
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Adapt to changing demands and work across various store areas
- Stay sharp and focused during busy periods
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary, although the exact figure isn't specified, and a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
